Rollins Farm is a housing development project consisting of 3,200 feet of new roadway and 500 feet of road reconstruction. Some project material details include approximately 20,000 cubic yards of cut and fill with an additional 60,000 cubic yards of export. Unique to a roadway, this project includes 550 square yards of porous pavement.
The completion first phase of the project began early April 2016. Work to be completed includes drainage installation, 30,000 gallon cistern, gravels, and binder was placed mid-May. Final loam and seed was completed at the end of June.

This project is a mixed use development which is proposed to house a 55 plus community, 4 multi-story buildings with apartments and retail, 16 town houses, and additional lots for future commercial development. The scope of work includes 2 wetland crossings utilizing precast box culverts and RediRok retaining walls; installing sewer, water, gas, and electric; and constructing 3,200 LF of road consisting of granite curb, concrete sidewalks, site lighting and a roundabout.
